Case study 1.

A group established in Europe that works extensively in Africa and the Near East was looking for a suitable solution for outsourcing its expatriate staff. There were two types of staff to be managed: EEC European management staff and technicians from Romania, India and North Africa.

After a call to tender, IOTA won the contract on the basis of the cover provided :
› Setting up social security arrangements that guaranteed every individual suitable social security cover on the basis of his or her status and country of origin, in accordance with the systems in each country of origin and the customer’s desire to provide a pension plan for all staff.
› Extending medical cover for surgery and providing better life insurance cover for the expatriate and family, 365 days a year.

The cost of the comprehensive service is less than it would be if managed in-house by the customer and in addition offers trouble free management and better cover.

Case study 2.

An engineer has been working as freelance for 15 years and sells his services to various customers. The company he set up has no official status, the administrative documents are not up to date, the civil liability insurance does not cover any major claim, payments are made directly to him by customers.

IOTA GROUP set up a work contract with the engineer and a service contract with the customer.
He becomes an employee while the service is being provided, benefits from the same social security cover as any other employee and has an insurance package that covers him and his family.
